How do I check whether an RC part fits my vehicle?
Compare the part number, dimensions and compatibility information in the product listing with your vehicle manufacturer's specifications. Scale alone does not guarantee fit. If you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle model and the part you are considering before ordering.
What does an RC model scale such as 1:10 or 1:18 mean?
Scale describes a model's size relative to the full-size vehicle it represents. A 1:18 model is approximately one eighteenth of the corresponding full-size dimensions. Actual model dimensions vary, so check the measurements in the product listing rather than relying on scale alone.
Will an RC body fit any chassis of the same scale?
Not necessarily. Check the body's wheelbase, width, mounting requirements and stated chassis compatibility. Two models of the same scale can have different dimensions.
How do I choose electronics for an RC drag racing build?
Check the motor, ESC and battery manufacturer's specifications together, including supported voltage, motor limits, connectors and physical dimensions. Do not assume that components are compatible based only on their names or scale. Contact us with the exact component models if you need help identifying the specifications to compare.
What does diecast mean?
Diecast refers to parts made by casting metal in a mold. A diecast model may also include plastic and other materials; it does not mean that every part of the model is metal. Check the product listing for the materials and features of the specific item.
Shipping and order questions
How can I check shipping availability and cost for my address?
Enter your delivery address at checkout and review the shipping options and charges displayed before completing your purchase. If no shipping option appears, contact us with your destination and the items you want to order.
How can I check the estimated delivery time?
Review any delivery estimate shown for your shipping option at checkout. Order processing time and carrier transit time are different. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements rather than assuming a delivery date.
Can I pick up an order in Puerto Rico?
Contact us before ordering to confirm whether pickup is available for your order, along with the location, hours and payment instructions. Do not travel to collect an order until the arrangements have been confirmed.
Can I request that separate orders be shipped together?
Contact us as soon as possible with both order numbers. Ask whether combining the orders is still possible before shipment. Do not assume that shipping charges will be adjusted until you receive confirmation.
Will the manufacturer's packaging match the product photo?
Manufacturers may update packaging. If a particular box design or packaging version is important to you, contact us before ordering to confirm the details of the item.
